Above, I have this configuration of my PC and it's bottlenecking..so I need to upgrade my CPU for best gaming. Which will not bottleneck.....please suggest me best cpu, which suits my gtx 1060 3gb.....I have doubt between i5 7600k or ryzen 1600x....please consider future safe too...

i5 7600K if you mainly use it for gaming and you want high FPS.
Go for Ryzen 1600x if you want a more balanced system that can do gaming decently which is still a good upgrade from the FX 4300 as well as being able to multi-task more efficiently with those extra cores and threads.

1600X is definitely the winner here, with 6C/12T, it is a far better value than the 7600K.
I suggest you buy the 1600, because it comes with a cooler and there is no need for an aftermarket one, you can probably overclock the 1600 to 3.8 at least.

Will ryzen 1600x bottleneck as fx 4300 does...
Also please suggest 1600 or 1600x

The 1600X is largely pointless as you pay extra for a CPU without stock, then pay some more for an adequate aftermarket HSF. If you plan to overclock, the 1600 will get you to practically the same point for $60 less.

Ryzen cores are over 40% faster on the same clock speed.

The stock cooler should be good enough for a 3.7-3.8GHz overclock where you likely won't need to bump core voltage. Since most Ryzen CPUs max out at 3.9-4.0GHz, there isn't much point in throwing substantial extra money and effort at it beyond that unless you really want to for kicks and giggles.

Most likely won't, 3.9Ghz is the max on most Ryzen chips and you can achieve it with the stock cooler.
Be patient, this isnt Facebook Messenger....

If you lightly OC the 1600 and leave the 1600X at stock, they will perform about the same. Otherwise, the 1600X has a 400MHz base and boost clock advantage, which makes it up to about 10% faster stock-vs-stock.

Don't go with the 1600x, go with the 1600 & use the included heatsink.
This advice has already been given numerous times.

At stock speeds there is about a 3% difference between the 1600 & 1600x for gaming - this equates to about 2 fps.
They both boost to 3.7gh under mid to heavy multi core loads , the 1600x is not worth paying extra for , you actually get less for your money.

The 1060 3gb is weaker than the ryzen 1600.
The GPU will become your limitation once you have a new CPU.
