I have Sapphire R9 270x Dual fan 2GB DDR5 256-bit with factory OC 1070mhz GPU and 1400mhz memory. I have added more clock and memory up to 1120mhz clock / 1430mhz memory. I ram UNIGINE Vally Benchmark on Extreme HD for 45 minutes and no glitching or artifacts. My FX-6300 CPU reached 45c and my GPU reached 71c.
Would you consider this a stable OC? I used AMD Graphics Overdrive to raise the card clock/mem and left Power Limit Settings at 0.
I will attach screen capture of all the data below. This is my first attempt to OC a card and hope you guys who know about it can tell me if this is stable for gaming.
I will only be using this setting when am playing games. I usually only play for 3 or 4 hours in games like Planetside 2, Witcher 2, Alien Isolation, Tomb Raider 2013, GTA V, STO, SWTOR, Battlefield BC2, and Sniper Ghost Warrior 2.
You can click the links below for screen capture of my settings and benchmark, then click on the image there to see the large image.
Thanks for any replies.
