[SOLVED] R9 280 causing crashes in idle and currupted Windows 10

So, I have this one R9 280 which was in family PC, in idle it often crashed, freezed and restart was needed. I swapped gpu for GTX 1650 and we did not run into any problems So as I had spare old hardware I built my sister computer with that R9 280 and again, crashes in idle, but this time it corrupted Windows 10, luckly I fixed that but what can be cause of that? Under load gpu, games and stress tests, is totaly fine, never crashed, I tried old and new drivers but no success. The only thing that I can think of is to flash new bios but I cant find one for HIS R9 280 IceQ OC (blower style), only for dual fan style gpu.

Just reduce lower end clock speeds or voltage using built in overclocking software in the amd drivers and see if that fixes it.
