Radeon 4100 vs Radeon HD 3200

I am trying to compare an ATI Radeon 4100 against an ATI Radeon HD 3200. Help, please?

i believe the 4100 has a DX 10.1 support compared to the 3000 series

Like stridervm said, they are the same chip in terms of speed and thus performance, but the 4100 has dx 10.1 where the 3200 has dx 10. I recommend you go with whichever is cheaper, if that's what you're limited to.
