Radeon 6770. XFX or Saphire?

I have decided on buying the 6670 radeon ddr5 card to replace my dead 9800gt. I can get either for the same price, which comes to $95.00 after mir. Any difference or preference of manufacturers? I know XFX has a life time warranty, but its not like this card will last me more than 3 years. SO which will be better for 2-4 years time? Thanks.

If you live in the US, XFX. Their service tends to be the best in the US. Sapphire is also great. Their reputation and feedback is usually positive.

What is your budget for the GPU upgrade?

The 6670 is on par if not slower than the 9800GT.I would suggest going for something a little more worthwhile like a 6850.

What are your full system specs?(CPU,RAM,etc.)

Both of brands are good, really.
It's all depend on yours, if you want warranty then take XFX. Otherwise Sapphire also give you a good quality of card.

Id say my budget is 140 or less. I have a q9300 quad core cpu (2.50 ghz) with 6gb ddr2 ram. was running a 9800 gt till it died last week. 400 psu.

What is the make/model of your 400 watt PSU?

The cheapest 6850 I could find is $20 out of your budget but it is well worth the money.

Im not sure of the brand off hand. Edit+ I checked. Its a "delta electronics" brand. It came with the Gateway FX. It has worked fine so far... But that is one of my concerns. I was told that if it ran my 9800gt, then it should run a 6770 no problems. Can the same be said if I go with a 6850? Also I see there is a XFX 6850 on newegg that is only 135 after mir.

If im reading it right, I think its 16? Looks like there are 2 and it says combined current cant exceed 30...

So it can support roughly 300+ watts on the +12/v rail.Which is still enough to power a 6850 and the rest of your rig.Technically you wouldn't really want anything more powerful than a 6850 anyway because it would get bottlenecked by the Core2Quad @ 2.5ghz.
