Radeon 8500 AGP 128MB DDR 3D

I own a Dell OptiPlex GX1 and would like to purchase a new graphics card for my son who plays EverQuest, Infantry, Quest, etc.

Is the Radeon 8500 AGP 128MB DDR 3D a good choice and does it have any special hardware requirements I should be aware of?

It's a good card, and like most good cards only requires an adequate power supply.
