Radeon Hd 7750 low profile

So, I need a new GPU for my Hp compaq 8100 elite SFF, but, I only have a 240W PSU, Will this card run on the PSU?

Specs:

Intel i5 660 3.33ghz
4gb DDR3 Ram, (planning to bump it up to 8gb)
1280x1024 (19") monitor

I wouldn't try it, 240w is really nothing. On the other hand, the HD7750 Low Profile 1Gb card never pulls more than 45w at full load...
