I've reacently built a gameing pc and for some reason even if the build runs fine games keep crashing and i have no clue about why this happens as there are no error message or things like that the game just closes.

Games ive tried:
- MR: game works perfectly for a period than it starts stuttering. As soon as i finish a game or somehow get back to the lobby game crashes
- FN: work very well runs pretty smoothly and cappiung fps fixes stuttering issues. but some times it just crashes out o f the blue
- Ddloop: game runs fine for some time than suddenly it crashes (tweaking setting delays the problem but never fixes it)
- GhRunner: runs butter smooth at 2560 x 1440 with every thing at minimum exept of textures that ive choose to keep slightly higher but it crashes randomly for apparent reason
- Mc: Runs pretty well but there are some horizzontal bands flickering on the screen every now and than when i move rapidly my camera
- Val: for some forsaken reason is the game that runs the worst, at first ( for 2 minutes at best ) the game runs pretty well but it has some micro-stuttering and the screen flickers but after 2 minutes the game crashes or complitly freezes or from time to time it just black screens. worst of all even afer closing the game the computer starts to consistenly freeze

my build:
- Processor: rayzen 5 7600x
- Mb: gigabyte b650 eagle ax
- PSU: sharkoon 850w
- Ram: vengance 32gb 6000hmz
- SSD: 2tb

Im in need of some help if someone knows of to fix the issue or has anyclue of what could be causing it even if im pretty sure that is a gpu problem

Is this RX 5700 XT new or used one?

If its used, you know for how long?, What about temps, did you check them while gaming ?

Is this a new PC you built recently?, Did you installed a brand new and clean Windows?, or Did you used an old image from another PC?

Also, what Windows are you running?

its used, dont really know for how long it has been used but it seems that its been used for quite a while

the build is brand new and im running windows 11

it avareges around 30°C when standing idlee or on low requirement activiteies, 50°C when it im playing on low requiring games and never goes over 63°C if not during benchmarks

sharkoon silent storm cool zero 850w 80+ gold

i dont think its the psu. sharkoons one of those brands which can be a flip or a flop and the psu looks solid enough in its internals from what i can find.

check the temperatures

download hw monitor
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

open program check your temps write them down max and min.

then keep it open in background while playing a game.

play a game for 10. minutes

then close game. check hw monitor for your max temperature.

i did it with msi afterburner is it the same? the resoults were: temps avareges around 30°C when standing idlee or on low requirement activiteies, 50°C when it im playing on low specs games and never goes over 63°C if not during benchmarks

What are the RAM and VRAM usage when the games crash? And if you run a stress test like AIDA64 or CPUZ is it stable? Do you have Adrenalin with the AMD graphics drivers up to date? When there is a crash, is there any "red" error messages in Windows Event Viewer (type event viewer in the windows search bar and look at Windows logs-> system and apps)? Could be so many things.

Go into the BIOS and turn off the RAM overclocking profile (XMP etc), then reinstall the latest drivers from AMD.

Video drivers are very sensitive to any RAM instability. Now it may not be the cause of your problems, but it is something to rule out.

ive tried but nothing appears in the logs. ram usage is around 11gb and VRAM usage is 2g

The RX 5700 XT was a thermal mistake on AMD's part. They were too aggressive with TDP and the thermal envelope (specs-wise). Even when it's technically still below max temp, this card can become unstable and crash.
I bought one of these for my nephew's computer in 2020. We've been dealing with crashes on and off for the past year. After researching, it appears that thermal-related stability issues are the norm with this GPU. We took it apart, repasted the core and readjusted some thermal pads that weren't making good contact and the card is much better now.

but mine doesnt seem to have any thermal issues. It doesnt even reach e 50 before it starts to stutter
im suspectng is the MB at this poit yet i dont know how could i check it so ill just send it back and order a new one

Start by testing individual components.

Hit start and type memory. You should see an option to run memory diagnostics. Let that reboot and run to see if you get any errors.

Next install and run Cinebench (free) to see how the CPU is doing.

Next load up and run furmark to see how the GPU is doing.

Alceryes is right, this card is well known for having temperature issues. You need to check the hotspot temp (HWMonitor shows that) and if it gets really hot like 95° and above while the core temp is much lower than there is a problem, likely with the thermal paste (the hotspot could get hot very quickly and cause issues before the average core temp has time to increase).
