Upendra09 Distinguished Mar 4, 2009 3,174 0 20,960 Jan 26, 2010 #5 yeah 400 not 800 because the processor is double pumped right JSC?
Thegeek Distinguished Jul 25, 2011 155 0 18,690 Aug 28, 2011 #6 I know this thread is old but I would like to ask a question. I've been doing to some thinking and wanted know if this was right. Currently my processor FSB is running at 266MHz and my memory is running at 533Mhz (without DDR) Now when I do the "formula" for the memory peak transfer rate and FSB, it would look something like this: 64 / 8 *533 *2 = 8528 ( memory ) 64 / 8 *266 *4 = 8512 ( CPU FSB ) Does that mean my processor and memory have a perfect flow?
