Yes that RAM will work, but your mobo only supports 4GB. It'll not use the other 4GB. I'd suggest getting the same RAM, only in 2x2GB instead.

It would probably work but only show up as two sticks of 2GB.Your board is limited to a maximum of 4GB. I had an old socket 7 computer and I put a bigger stick than it could take and it only showed 1/2. Also it may not even boot with those sticks. Like Mrgr74 said "I'd suggest getting the same RAM, only in 2x2GB instead."
