[SOLVED] RAM frequency differences

Why my DDR 4 RAM have different frequencies in bios and hwinfo , slightly different but different , on hwinfo shows 1597 mhz so if I multiply *2 is 3194 ... Bios shows 3200mhz exactly or in another part of the bios shows between 3205mhz and 3208 mhz ... task manager shows 3200mhz exactly too, these slight differences are normal ??

Kingston HyperX FURY DDR4 (with RGB) at 3200mhz with XMP profile 1 enabled
XFX RX 580 GTS XXX 4gb
Bitfenix formula gold 550w
3 hdd´s from WD ,(1 wd green , 1wd black ,1 wd blue)
1 ssd ( kingston a400 120gb)

BCLK/FSB frequency is slightly variable, often not an even number.
