[SOLVED] RAM is 200mhz

So i am running on 8gb of DDR3 RAM and while i was in cmd trying to see my RAM memory info i came across the speed of it and it says that it is 200mhz, my pc is constantly restarting itself, i updated BIOS and the problem went away but as soon as i get into an more demanding game i restarts and i think it is probably beacause of the speed of the RAM.

That's your graphic card, not RAM, nothing to do with system memory. For system memory, click on Memory tab.

According to CPU-Z your RAM is running at 1068.8 MHz although by part number it's capable of 1600MHz but that also depends on MB, CPU and BIOS.
