Ever since i've got Windows 10, from time to time (not all the time) my RAM usage would not add up to the RAM my system is currently using. In says my RAM usage is around 80% sometimes goes up to 90% (with nothing but my browser running), but it isn't showing the data for it/what is actually using it. I have 8GB total.

Perhaps not those ones specifically but I use similar commands to remove ones that do actively take up memory. If they take up memory or not, if I don't like it, its gone. No need for Bing anything imho.

After I reboot my system, it goes away. But other than that, there is no other temporary solution. It would happen randomly, but more common after I run a program that uses a decent amount of RAM (games); however it doesn't happen ALL the time. The most common time it would happen is when I have my computer running, for say maybe 3-5 hours-ish? But again, not ALL the time.

After about 50 'Remove-AppxPackage' commands you will have removed most of the bloatware... Bing Finanace, Bing Sports, Bing News... you can only remove them per user profile but it works for uninstalling nonsense. Cortana for one is locked down but many other garbage apps can be removed.

I don't think those are the apps that are taking up the memory. I see a lot of third party applications that are running. I have 10 at home and at load it is at about the same memory use as 8.1 was with the same loading drivers/apps.
