Recently I bought new pc setup

Ryzen 3900x
Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE
Viper 4 2x16gb 3200 mhz

From start ram is working in 2133 mhz. When I change Proflile in bios To 3200 mhz PC is crashing/reseting in random moments.

  • Ram is installed in good slots
  • Bios is updated
  • After new windows instalation

Solution
It could be bad RAM or maybe the XMP isn't working well with Ryzen memory controller. I had a bit of the same issue and used Ryzen DRAM Calculator to get the right timings based off my memory type (mine was Hynix DJR for example). I wanted to be safe so I calculated timings for "Safe" mode and after manually setting the timings and speed in the BIOS, I have no issues so far. Make sure to run some memory testing to be sure your RAM doesn't have any errors before/after and to save your BIOS settings so that you don't have to manually put the settings back again.
Hope this helps!

I Never OC ram before. Where I cant find my type of chip? CPUZ show "SK Hynix" but in Ryzen calculator there is no such option.

Any tips for noob :( ? There is so many options in Bios.

I used Taiphoon Burner to identify the manufacturer and part number. Mine was made by SK Hynix but at the end of the part number, it shows the "DJR". So In Ryzen DRAM Calculator, I used "Hynix DJR".
Hope this helps!
