Question RAM show Single Channel in Bios but in cpuz/hwinfo it show Dual Channel

Hmm could be a bug with cpuz. What motherboard is it, does it have 4 dimm slots?

Bios is saying slots a1 and b1, if you do have 4 slots try a2 and b2 which are the primary slots. 2nd and 4th slots from cpu.

Its only two slots, my mobo is Asrock AB350m-hdv, on the asrock site it says support dual channel memory.

It'll be dual channel, no motherboard is limited to single channel. I would say bios is just bugged displaying what channel memory is operating at. Probably just a silly typo when someone programed the bios filled out the text had it say single instead of dual. Bios update may fix that issue but if cpuz is reading it as dual then i wouldn't worry.

Just update the bios from p4.40 to p5.10, now it show as dual channel. the problem was from the bios. ty guys.
