On this site selling PC133 ram there's this info:

* Memory Size 64 MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168 Pin, 8 x 64, CL3, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, Supports SPD
* Memory Size 128 MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168 Pin, 16 x 64, CL3, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, Supports SPD, Low Density (16x8)
* Memory Size 256 MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168 Pin, 32 x 64, CL3, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, Supports SPD, High Density (32x8) 8 chip
* Memory Size 256 MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168 Pin, 32 x 64, CL3, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, Supports SPD, Low Density (16x8) 16 chip
* Memory Size 512 MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168 Pin, 64 x 64, CL3, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, Supports SPD, Low Density (32x8) 16 chip

I don't understand what the underlined text means.
Can anyone help me?

In the first example, 8 megabits multiplied by 64 bits = 512 megabits capacity per DIMM. However, each byte requires 8 bits. So, we take 512 megabits and divide by 8 and we get 64 megabytes. 8x64 is really a way of saying how dense the storage is.

I see, thanks.

Hehe, something like that, but it's not for me. In my country everything costs 5x more than in the US so I prefer buying a new dimm rather than a new PC that will be used to run a single app and check the email.
