Ram Speed at 621 Mhz, how to get it to 1333 Mhz?

what did i do wrong here? it's supposed to be 1333, or is it the low-power mode?

I might be mistaken but I'm almost certain that Cpu-Z show's your ram at single data rate, so your 668 is actually 1336. Your fine buddy
