Question RAM speed for i5-7200U

Can I use DDR4 16GB 3200 MHz RAM for my Intel i5-7200U processor or should I get the DDR4 16GB 2400 MHz?

Make and model of the laptop you're working with? An SKU will help us two fold. Some units tens to have soldered on ram and do not allow for ram upgrades. Per Intel's support page for the processor, the highest ram frequency supported by the processor is DDR4-2133MHz.
