RAM upgrade ACER Nitro 5

Hi all,

So it has 8gb ddr4 2133mhz, with 16gb capacity

q1) which ram do i buy?

q2) how easy is it to install the new ram ( i have built my own pc, but dont know much about laptops

q3) does the laptop include extra storage upgradability?

Many RAM Vendor sites, such as crucial.com, have memory configuration tools, to help you find compatible ram. Refer to the manufacturer's website and look up the users manual. This will tell you have to take off the back and upgrade the memory. Upgrading the RAM isn't too difficult to do, as there are many youtube videos you can watch. The hard drive is more than likely, not an SSD and is a spinning disk. So, a hard drive upgrade wouldn't be too expensive. I would do the memory and the hard drive at the same time, to avoid taking off the back multiple times. Hope this helps.

ACER Nitro 5 supports 2x8GB DDR4 2133MHz SODIMM
You just need to open the memory compartment and insall the new memory.
Most of the Nitro 5 series come with extra storage option to add a HDD or SSD.
