[SOLVED] RAM upgrade issue HP OMEN 15-ax044tx

My PC (laptop) are of these specs:
i7-6700HQ
2 X 8 GB 2133GHz SODIMM DDR4
(no motherboard info available online)

I bought 2 X 16 GB 3200GHz SODIMM DDR4,
ground myself,
disconnected main power and battery,
remove 2 X 8 GB sticks,
installed 2 X 16 GB sticks,
reconnected battery and main power,
turned on PC

however, my laptop did not boot. the screen was on, but black completely.
I then changed out to 1 X 8 GB + 1 X 16 GB, which seems to work, but have no idea how to check max. operating frequency
how can I rectify this problem? I want 2 X 16 GB RAM sticks operating at 3200GHz, with no further issues

unfortunately what you want don't matter. i7 6700HQ run ram at 2133GHz.
get some 2x16 2133 ram
