So my gpu was working fine, i went out and shut the pc down when i got back the gpu seems to run for a minute or two then kaput, when i looked at the task manager before it shuts down it hits 100% (probably overheat but its an older amd gpu (r7 360) and running at 60-70 degrees is pretty normal imo) I'll probably just get an upgrade since the gpu is 7 year old.

Also i want to ask about a temporary gpu, should i use a r7 240 2gb or hd 7790 1 gb ?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition. History of heavy use for gaming, video work, or mining?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for errors associated with the shutdowns.

More information needed.

My bad i was just such in a rush to ask
Specs
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : XFX R7 360
RAM : 2X8GB 2666Mhz
PSU: Digital Alliance 600W 80+ Bronze
Storage : 2x SSD 2x HDD
OS : Win 10

I swapped out the gpu with my old one and everything runs fine except of course the downgrade of fps and performance but no blackscreens. I usually play Apex,R6,Horizon 4 and other games but of course on the lowest possible settings, for video work i've done only light video editing nothing crazy. It's probably the GPU getting fried, the gpu usually idles and 60-70°C which is not great but it's an old amd GPU so i thought meh if its going to explode oh well and today is the day i guess
