Hello, my Laptop:
HP Omen, Intel i7-9750H Processor, NVIDIA RTX 2070 8 GB, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD & 1 TB HDD, Windows 10
so I usually run my game (Paladins) on max fps (175) without any trouble. My CPU and GPU usage doesn't go above 40% and my temperatures are normal.
But sometimes when i start my laptop and open the game my GPU usage jumps to 100% and stays like this always while I'm playing the game (fps drops to 40). My CPU still sits at 40% and all temps normal. When i turn of the game my GPU usage drops. And i can re start the game and i will again have 100% GPU usage.
After i restart my laptop i get normal 175 fps and 40% GPU usage. The interesting thing is when i start my laptop and the GPU usage is normal it will stay like that always. I can leave my laptop turned on for days and my GPU will act normal. But when i shut it down and then start it again next day sometimes it will have that weird 100% usage and it will stay like that until i restart my PC.
100% USAGE
