Question Random Black Screen and GPU Fans Maxed

This issue appeared about a month ago. Even PC is idle screen goes black and GPU fans start turns max speed. Then I restart PC everything work (mouse and keyboard light is on) but the monitor does not receive a signal. I restart again and now screen receive a signal.
GPU - MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB
CPU- i7 7700K
Motherboard - MSI Z270M Mortar
RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB 3200MHZ
PSU - EVGA 700B

Try setting pc and monitor sleep to never.
