Question Random black screen every so often that lasts a second or two

I have no clue whats going on. Any time at random my monitor will go to a black screen that lasts 1-2 seconds and then goes back to normal. I didn't know what category to put this question in but I put it in display because of it being about my monitor.

My specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Powercolor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 590 8GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wifi
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
32 GB ram
Monitor: Acer ED273 A

This has been going on for about 1-3 months, but it has gotten worse. It mostly occurs when I'm using the Xbox companion app or when I play games.
I have tried...
Installing latest updates for windows, gpu, display
Restarting Computer
Turning Link State Power Management to off

I believe I have a corsair RM1000x 80+ Gold, and I have no clue how to over/undervolt and over/under clock any of my parts

I figured out how to undervolt and underclock but it only made things worse, would it be the cable? It seems to mostly occur on games and apps that go fullscreen

Fixed it, i switched the coord from hdmi to DP
