So to make a long story short, I've been having a ton of issues since upgrading to the 12700k and my DDR5 kit. I can't make sense of any of it, and I've RMA'd just about every piece of the computer at this point.

I can play games for hours without an issue (aside from the occasional crash), but I seem to get the black screens most often when the only applications running are Google Chrome, Discord and I'll have iCUE running in the background. It seems to happen most often when I'm just browsing the internet. I wouldn't be surprised if I get one before I even finish this post. It must have happened 6 times the other day when I was just trying to do a Zoom call for work. Both of my displays will go black, my monitors will start cycling through inputs looking for a display device, I won't lose audio or communications until the system starts to reboot. Then windows will just start to reboot, my motherboard will cycle through a bunch of codes and then eventually it will post. I've noticed that sometimes my RGB devices will lose their profile and go rainbow. I've noticed that sometimes it's just the memory DIMM in slot 4 that does it. Sometimes the fans will spin up on my GPU.

At this point I've returned and swapped the CPU, GPU, RAM & Motherboard. I've reinstalled Windows 11, I've run DDU uninstaller in safe mode. I've tried with overclocks, without overclocks. With XMP, without XMP. It doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm currently just using the AI overclocking that my the ASUS ROG software has. I've tested the power supply and the voltage coming off the rail is consistent and within the expected range. I've also updated my motherboard BIOS to the most recent version. Has anyone else run into a similar issue with these specs?
