[SOLVED] Random high memory usage pike? Help

For some reason now when I play games like Gta, Scp, (maybe others), my memory spikes to 98% for some odd reason which then causes my games to freeze then crash. But before this started happening I was playing Gta at near max settings and it has never done that, Someone please help.

Tap where it says 98% memory and the apps will be sorted by memory usage so you can see what is using your RAM.
