Question Random PCIE Device Causing Bluescreen (Issue found)

I keep getting the bluescreen "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and it's caused by the device "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7ABC&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_11\3&11583659&0&E4" which is labled as "Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #5 - 7ABC" and I literally have no idea what that means... It sounds to me like an empty port since there are multiple others with different #s but I'm not sure how an empty port would cause a bluescreen..?

Also, the driver date is listed as 07/18/1968....
