Question Random reboots

My system keep randomly rebooting. Sometimes it take 30 seconds and sometimes it keep going until you stop what you are doing. With a heavy load (F@H) it happens fast, not when you are browsing or doing something light. For some reason when I update to win 11 the Pro version was installed. Try do do an clean reinstall of win but the system said that the n=machine doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Also my main drive (Corsair MP600) drive is in GPT while the second one is MBR. Don't know how this happens.
Event viewer list as follow for the last 30 min.: Security; System, windows power shell. I think my drivers are up to date, Ichk.
System Specs;
3700x cpu
Radeon RX 590 8Gb
16 Gb of corsair Ballistix 3600 ram
B550 Asrock Phantom 4 a/c
Artic freezer II 240 AIO
Seasonic M12 II 600w psu
On an open bench.
Any feed back will be very appreciated.

The board has a 8 + 4 power plug. The plus 4 is not populated.
