Question Random vertical white lines appearing on second monitor

Hello,
I recently bought a RTX 2070 and I guess I might have some issues with it. From time to time, from my guess randomly, I get this weird white vertical lines showing on my second display for a split second. My main display is a 144hz one and second one a 60hz one.
I updated my bios and also reinstalled my windows and during boot up I got this weird screen :

Should I send my gpu back maybe?

Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 @3.6mhz
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070
RAM: Some ripjaws @ 3000mhz
MOBO: msi b350 mortar

White lines are generally caused by problems with the monitor. See if you switch the two monitors around and if that change anything. If not, take the second monitor over to repairs?
