Question Randomly triggered AMD 6700XT artifacts

I have:

1. Galax B550M EX
2. MSI AMD 6700XT
3. Ryzen 5600
4. Win 11

Problem:

Wierd green lines shows randomly. Restart sometimes solves the problem.

What i've tried:

1. Switching Chipset Driver version
2. Switching GPU Driver version with clean install with DDU
3. Reinstalling OS
4. Reseating the GPU

Can someone explain to me what causing this? Is the gpu seating loose? Does the problem come from GPU or the Motherboard?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
