so this is a build I’ve made myself based on comments I’ve received in the past plus knowledge from the kind people of tom hardware and YouTube videos. My key goals with this is a capable 1440p gaming rig I’m leaning more towards gpus such as the latest b580 or any amd gpu that’s capable of 1440p as for the cpu I’d prefer that not to be changed as I’d prefer my motherboard to stick with am4 as it has better chances for future “proofablility” if that’s even a word and as for the ram sticks I’m okay with going a bit more lower profile if need be. (And if possible to make a majority of the parts come from amazon and lower in price and again idm if parts are picked from separate websites).

1| I don't see the need for an add-on WiFi card when you can simply pick out a motherboard that has WiFi bundled with it.

2| You should be looking at a 2x DDR4-3600MHz tight latency ram kit to get the most out of your Ryzen AM4 B550 platform.

which is almost similar to this thread that the Kingston drive isn't good. I would also add a smaller capacity SSD to have your OS, ap[p's and game launchers on. The larger drive can be your game library.

I’d probably leave the ram as 3200 the 3d cache masks the lower ram speed well. Depending on budget I’d be looking to match 7800 gpu with the build. The 7600 gpu will not get the best out of the chosen CPU.

AM4 is on life support. It really needs to die for new builds. That said as a budget proposition it’s a well known platform. All the reputable board vendors have been working with it for years and as such it should give very few problems.

AM5 650 boards are a sensible price now, a 7000 series processor 7600x, 7800x, x3d if budget allows, maybe even a 9000 series chip will give good performance. The AM5 platform will allow for upgrades in the future. AM4 is unlikely to do so.

It's astonishing the number of people who want to build a PC from scratch with the AM4 platform. Why? One of the biggest appeals of AMD is the longevity of their platforms, but people want to get the one that is already dead?

There are plenty of very good AM5 combo deals (CPU+MB+RAM) on almost every online retailer sites if it's a money issue.
