Rate my computer build please!

I am planning on building my first computer for Christmas! But im not sure if my build is good or has any flaws, Rate my build and tell me if i should change any parts or maybe suggest other parts! Any and all feedback is really apreciated!

CPU: Intel i5-2500k sandy bridge
CASE: Cooler master elite 430 RC
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK Z77 EXTREME3
POWERSUPPLY: SEA SONIC S12II BRONZE 620W
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB
GPU: MSI POWER EDITION N650TI PE
CD DRIVE: ASUS24x DVD BURNER

This is more of a budget pc so i would like to keep the price around 800$ Thank you!

This is a good build. I suggest getting a CPU cooler for your processor like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or Evo but make sure your case can accommodate it. If you plan on serious gaming, you might want to upgrade the graphics card.

Oh! Wow i never thought of that! Thank you! And yes the computer is going to take place of my console. What Graphics card would you suggest?

It depends on the resolution and budget. Given your budget you might have enough to go for an HD 7850 2GB (or 1GB if you don't.) If you have more to spend, then you might even go for either an HD 7870 or a GTX 660. Also you can overclock the graphics card for more performance. If you're thinking of overclocking your processor, then an aftermarket cooler is a must.
