Really weird stuff going on..

So i have this motherboard Asrock g31m-s I did Xeon x5460 Mod so I can put 771 xeon to 775 Motherboard more info: http://www.delidded.com/lga-771-to-775-adapter/ I added the LGA 771 xeon microcode to my bios etc.. Everything seems to work fine but... The temperatures is crazy some of my programs that shows tempratures are very high and on other programs seems ok...And my cpu fan which is Intel's stock E33681 Link: http://specsen.com/coolers-and-cooling-system-intel/intel-e33681/ Doesnt speed up at all It just stays 747 RPM even over load on prime95

The Temperatures Are Different on programs And the prime only ran for 3 minutes
If I leave prime for longer the temps get very high sometimes it gets SUBZERO like -30C why is that?
And i do put thermalpaste install cooler correctly..

Why not just try a third program, like HWMonitor to confirm which one is correct? http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

It is same as "OpenHardwareMonitor" same temps
But i found out recently that i need to change my "TJ MAX" to 85
Example i set it on "RealTemp" and the temperatures are same as in "Aida64"
Since it is xeon x5460 i found out in lots of forums that tj max is 85
However temps is still high on load and my CPU fan RPM not getting higher it stays the same cpu overheats over 85C on Prime95
I dont want to push over 85C overload since i can harm my cpu



It was set to 100 as default
But the cpu fan speed is not getting higher as temps gets higher

Bump.
Still didn't find any solution to fix my cpu fan its ~724rpm every time.

So i bought "Scythe Katana 3" cpu cooler and now my cpu is very "cool" now i can change fan speed and my temps on prime95 only get core 0-3 44C MAX and cpu 55C. I think that stock cooler got damaged and it didnt speed up and stayed 700-800 rpm every time.
