Question Realtek audio driver disappeared and i cant reinstall it

When I was playing Valorant, it crashed my PC and I started it back up, but my audio was coming through my monitor. I checked my drivers and Realtek audio driver was gone. I tried to reinstall it, but it never shows up in my drivers. I have also tried restarting my pc, but nothing helps.

CPU: intel i5 8400
Motherboard: asus prime h370m
Ram: corsair vengeance lpx 16 gb
SSD/HDD: corsair mp300
GPU: amd rx 580
PSU: evga 450bt
OS: Windows 10

Do you have a restore point to return to?
I had a similar issue with my realtek driver. I had to go back to a restore point where it was still working, uninstall that and then reinstall the driver.
