My mother board is Aorus Pro wifi x570 the ATX one, so recently i was in my bios and changed my boot to ultr fast, it booted fine no worries played couple of games and then shutdown my PC and left, after a while i get back to my PC, power it up and got mesage ¨reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key¨. Tried pressing and nothing happened, so opened my PC and noticed one SSD was loose so checked every SSD and NVME.2 that i have that they were properly attached, and tried again and got the same message but realised that the my keyboard wasn't lightin up. i have the lates bios installed.

I would say you changed your boot device to a one time thing rather than setting the boot device to be permanently that one.
Log into your bios and go under advanced settings, check that the first boot device is the one you want.

If you did so it would explain as to why it happens: it's looking for a boot device that is not there anymore.
