Question recent screen tearing issues in fps games

my system gives me constant 300 fps in csgo and valorant but recently i have started facing screen tearing issues while i look using the mouse or make movements ... i still get 300 fps but my game feels bad ... i get screen tearing all the time ... the hardware i have is i5 9400f rtx 2060 and my monitor is 60 hz dell ... this was not an issue previously but has started to happen recently ... please help

did this just recently happen? when was the last time you changed something like upgrading drivers for your RTX2060 or changed monitor settings?

i updated my drivers recently ... and i did not change my monitor settings ... i tried reinstalling my gpu drivers also ... now i am getting screen tearing issue even in valorant

Have you used DDU? You can download it online and its free, to make sure none of the old driver's files are still in your system and manually install the latest drivers yourself.
