Hello, I already have a 1080p 60Hz monitor, but I would like to buy a 1440p/144Hz one and use both. The problem is that it's difficult to find one that meets all those requirements in that price range, so I would like to know if you could help me find one.

Usage: Mostly gaming like Rainbow Six but I usually play all types of games(like singleplayer for example), not just fps . I also use it very often to watch films or series and to code for my work/study.

Budget: No more than 400-450€(the cheaper the better )

Monitor size: 24" to 27" maximum due to space constraints but I would consider UltraWide too.

And I would like it to have IPS panel.

If you think that it's impossible without spending 600-700€ what would you do, 1440p 60Hz or 1080p 144Hz knowing what I will do with it?

Thank you in advance for any help/suggestions! Im losing my mind with this hahahaha :)

Solution
first of all, size and resolution
if you are going for 27" go with 1440p, if you are going for 24" go with 1080p,
Does your PC have enough poower to put 144fps constantly in your games? if not, I would go for 27" IPS, 1400p 60Hz (I have one like this U2715H) and for occasional gaming it's enough
