Recommendations for a 140mm Top Case Fan

The case is an Antec 300 Black Steel ATX Mid-Tower. The fan is suppose to replace a 2 year old horizontal stock Antec 140mm tricool fan (fan is slow now at all settings even after cleaning, and starts off really slow as well).

Budget $20 (including shipping).

If it cost 20 bucks though, I sure hope it is very durable and effective.

As mentioned, it will replace a horizontal fan, so I would prefer no sleeve bearing (unless someone already tried with success).
