My Award Bios (MB Gigabyte 7VT600-RZ) seams dead, on last boot I can
see this message (or something like this):

Award Bios ....

"searching for backup in hard disk"

Bios auto recovering.

The HD leds flash and after some while the power led lighten as in CPU
suspend mode.

Now while booting the monitor have no signal, the keyboard doesn't have
input and the PC halts on black screen.

What should I do please?

Cleared CMOS with jumper or removing the battery for a while may helps
bringing back the BIOS?

Regards,

Get a bootable floppy disk together with the Award flash utility and the
BIOS for the board and re-flash it. I suspect it's just corrupt BIOS
contents.
