My boss gave me a project to take care of for him while he handles others things. Being the good worker I am... I accept it. I work tier 1 help desk for a small MSP. The job is to find out a cheap (preferably free) way to redirect users to a clients captive portal. The client is a small hotel and the portal has already been set up. I just need to send the users to it so they can enter the password generated for them by the front desk. After that the hotspot takes care of the rest. That is essentially as far as my boss made it before he gave me the project.
So how would you guys do this? I tried the HTTP Redirect in dd-wrt along with hours of searching for ideas and I am lost at this point.
