[SOLVED] reflashed gpu bios, now my pc isn't working

I got an error 43 on my gpu after a blackout. Then I reflashed the bios doing exactly what a bunch of videos told me too, the software told me to restart the pc i clicked yes and they did restart it, problem is now my pc is on but my monitor is not getting a signal from my pc.

so the gpu failed? or the psu? are they new or used?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

everything is working, the fans are on and everything is on(there is no signal). It is all new. I have
msi armor oc rx580
ryzen 5 2600
evga supernova 550 g2 gold
gigabyte b450m ds3h
thermaltake case

So does anybody know how I can fix this

why did you flash the gpu bios?
test the gpu on another working pc?
contact msi?

It's going to be pretty difficult to do anything without a display. Would basically need to install a 2nd GPU in your system, or install the RX 580 in a system that has integrated graphics, for the duration of troubleshooting.
