[SOLVED] Reinstall after mobo upgrade?

So recently I did a upgrade on my pc. I went for a i9 9900k as it was extremely cheap at 200usd and a maximus xi extreme mobo. Before the upgrade I had a i5 10600 and Asus rog b460-F gaming mobo. Should I reinstall windows after this upgrade or not? Will I see a performance boost?
