Question Reinstalled Windows 10. No drives appearing in AMD StoreMI setup

So I was having issues with my PC and the manufacture had told me to reinstall Windows. AMD StoreMI came installed on the system and after the reinstall I can't seem to get the AMD StoreMI setup application to recognize any of my drives. The drives appear in Disk Management and are recognized by Windows. Just thought that AMD StoreMI took away the stress of always checking to see if I had any storage left on my SSD. Or should I say screw StoreMI and just store everything on the HDD because games take up lots of space.

Can you be more clear about what you mean by "recognize" your drives? Are they not in the list at all, or are they marked as Inaccessible?

I’m unable to see any of the drives when it asks me to choose a drive to tier.

Post a link to a screenshot of your disk management window so we can see which drive you have is empty.

I suspect you have stale metadata from the prior tier. To start over, you can open an Administrator PowerShell or command prompt, and enter:

ecmd --delete_all

(Be careful with this command, as you would destroy any data you had on a working tier.)
