[SOLVED] Relatively high CPU and power usage by System at idle

Hello everyone,
My PC is equipped with 10400f with Windows 10 Pro (21H1 and OS Build: 19043.1081) and recently I noticed that when at idle I have a relatively high CPU and power usage by System.
Checked for Windows updates but everything is up-to-date. Also scanned for hardware changes in the Device Manager but everything seems fine.
Here I am attaching a screenshot from the Task Manager. Any help?

Scanned it few times with different anti malware software but nothing changed.

After I ran Processor Explorer I found out that ntoskrnl.exe kesynchronizeexecution+0x28b0 is using most CPU. What is this? Anyone can tell me what I can do about it?

that the idle process. mean nothing is running

look at the 2nd one. why interrupt is high

Just to share what fixed it in case anyone else is wondering. So first I tried re-installing Windows 10 Pro, reinstalling drivers, clean boot but it was still same high CPU usage. Finally checked that there was a new new firmware release for ASRock B460M Pro4 and updated it. This fixed it. Thanks!
