I have been having issues with a corrupt hard drive, and unplugging it from my PC it seems to be working fine. However, my ethernet speed which is usually >90mbps has decreased to <15mbps, dropping to 1kbps. If I'm being honest I'm not sure exactly what software was on that hard drive, as I haven't fooled with it for about 5 years now. I also noticed my PC making a slightly different noise than usual, but I'm not sure if that is a concern. Any idea why these issues may be?

Specs:
CPU: I7-9700K
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
RAM: 16GB
225GB and 1TB SSD which have been in use for years now, as well as 2TB HDD which was removed as mentioned above.
