Question Rendering and texture loss

Hello I am running a
R5 3600
B450 tomahawk max
32gb G skill ram 16x2
RTX 3070 evga ftw3
2 to external HDD
960 evo 500 GB m.2 SSD
No OC on anything but x-amp


With a Corsair 1200watt PSU not sure model
I am having weird rendering issues in cod MW, Witcher 3, and cyberpunk but it runs ESO fine no issues it’s almost like the game is not loading in characters and they looks blurry and smoothed out and does if for vehicles on cyperpunk sometimes I just replaced my gpu to a 3070 it was doing it on my old gpu as well Radeon vega frontier 16gb (for sale) I’ve tried different ram 2400 and 3200 DDR4 I’ve tried both my HDD and my SSD m.2 still same issues have already tired multiple drivers and such also in cyberpunk things don’t load in till I get close almost like a view distance thing any help would be appreciated

what os? make and model of the psu?
use ddu to uninstall the graphic driver and then install it again?

Thanks for the reply I found out the PSU is corsair hx1200i
Yes I used DDU to do a clean install and shutdown for the 3070 install on ios windows 10

I’ve had cod on the HDD and on the SSD same issue both times haven’t tried any other game on the SSD but cod is on it now

how full is the ssd?
what the ram usage during the game? running anything else beside the game?

I do not know the bio version tbh idk how to check that cod takes up like 300 some GBs so it’s the only thing I have on the SSD 300 out of 500 my cpu and ram usage never runs high and gpu temps stays below 60 c and cpu is around the same while gaming I’ve tried different ram sticks the ones I swapped out for the G skill ones still had same issue
