Question Replaced broken laptop screen. New screen works on startup and Bios, but not in Windows 10. Any suggestions?

As stated above, I recently shattered the screen on my laptop and replaced the screen with an exact match from AliExpress. The new screen shows the startup logo and works in Bios, but wont work in windows. More details below.

-Everything works fine on an external monitor.
-Screen shows startup logo, then goes black, sometimes with green lines.
-Screen works in Bios.

Hardware details:
Laptop: Gigabyte AERO 15 OLED XD
OS: Windows 10

Using the external monitor look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either tool or both may be capturing some error within Windows that might provide a clue.

Check Device Manager > Display adapters. Check all tabs and configuration settings therein.

The Events tab may reveal something.
