Replacing old fans

Hi, recently my computer has started some grinding type noise on start up, I believe it to be the bearings on the case fans.
My case is the Fractal design Midi R2 and before ordering any new fans I thought to ask if the Fractal Design Silent Series R3 140 mm Case for Cooling Fan would fit. Stupid question but I'll rather be safe than sorry.
