Additional Comments: My friend had help me put together a build and I'd like for you to review it. There is an extra 4GB of RAM so I will be using 2x4GB. Also there are some extra 120mm case fans. Not really tech savvy so I'd like as much information and critique as possible, thank you for your time.

Solution
You don't need a Noctua cooler for a locked processor. Drop that and invest the difference in getting a Radeon R9-280X, that will be a far better GPU than a GTX 960 will be.

Also ditch the PSU - not sure about that one. Get a Seasonic G instead, or an XFX Pro.

Solution
You pc is good for gaming and other purposes .only complain on cpu cooler!!!!When You you overclock you procesoor so go Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM and not you want to overclock your processor so,don't waste money on costly cpu cooler.stock cooler handles it fine.
