Question RGB Cooler LED Gone Wierd

Hi,
Today one of my RGB fans which is installed on back went broken, I think its lights is out. I have this fan for 1 year, It was not used or stock.

What happened to it?
Should I be worried about my system power? Can this happen to other devices on system?

RMA the fan, don't worry about your system, might just be one faulty RGB fan. If you connect a different RGB fan to the connection port of the faulty one, does it work normally?
